RULES: We are a squadron founded on rules. We live and die by them, they form the basis of our very existence. There is one rule which stands out above all others...NO RULES!!!! Except that we try and steal kills from each other anytime we can.

PURPOSE: To get over ourselves and those important things in life that mean nothing here.

PLEDGE: We swear to help a fellow squad mate whenever possible (by stealing his kills), defend the country for which we fly against all challengers (by raping and pillaging their bases), and become the envy of every other squadron (by being light hearted and having fun while everyone else gets anurisms [LLBM excluded]).

MOL RULES (Part Duex)

THIS JUST IN FROM THE NEW CO:

I would like everyone to remember when you fly in warbirds, whatever you say or do reflects on all the members of MOL. I have asked that all members follow some basic guidelines, and I would like to restate them:
1.) Dont yell (capital letters) or cuss on the radio, this includes 100 and 103.
2.) Dont order other players around, or even try to. If you want help with an objective, ask for the help, including a "please" in there goes a long way.
3.) Please do NOT taunt or gloat the enemy, it makes us all look bad, makes the guy doing it look bad, and it comes back to haunt you.
4.) Dont even consider ordering other MOL around, it won't work.
5.) Respect your squadmembers kills, but always help them when in trouble.

This isn't just what I want, it's what I strongly believe all the members of MOL want from their squadmates. I want MOL to be able to enjoy the respect of the warbird community. We have earned it, and I dont think we need to tolerate anyone making us look bad. If you want to get gold working together, ask for help. If nobody wants to help, or doesn't agree with what you think should be done, then so be it. Everyone pays their own two dollars, they get to make their own decisions. If anyone in MOL can't live with these ideas, then it would be best for all of us if they decide to withdraw from MOL, we will part friends, and they can find a squad that fits their style of play better. I want everyone to stay with us, but to keep the squad together and enjoying the game, I will ask anyone who can't follow these ideas to leave. I hope this never happens, but if it does, it will be because someone has chosen to ignore his squadmates feelings, embarrassed them in front of the warbird community and he brings this action on himself.
